• Who are you and where are you based?
  Motionbattery is the car battery store of Tayna Ltd, registered company number 06329858 in England and Wales. We are based in Abergele, North Wales supplying batteries for all applications, striving to provide the best value found online whilst backing it up with our legendary after sales service.
• Which battery do I need for my car?
  There are around 20 distinct sizes of UK car battery with each having distinct features such as dimensions, terminal types and Ah. there are a wealth of fitment guides availble which try to guide you to the correct battery for your car, but these can be notoriously inaccurate and we do not recommend relying on these. The correct method of determining your battery is to look at your existing battery, noting down the following: Ah figure (if shown), dimensions (in mm), positive terminal position and terminal type. Compare the gathered figures to the full list of Numax Car Batteries and you will find a match. Note that you can click on a column heading in the table to order the table on that column.
• How long will it take for me to get my goods?
  95% of orders placed before 4pm are shipped the same day and delivered the next, by specialist courier. If you urgently require the goods, please contact us so that we can confirm that goods are in stock.
• Can I cancel an order?
  You can cancel an order up to seven days after your battery has been delivered. The battery must be unused and in perfect resellable condition. If your goods have not been despatched we can refund you in full; however if the goods have left us we will refund you mnus carriage costs. Either send the goods back to us or conatct us and we can arrange for the goods to be collected from you at cost.
